Job Description
Legal Administrative Assistant - Estate & Trust Litigation Archer & Greiner ("Archer"), P.C., one of the region's leading full-service law firms, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Estate & Trust Litigation Practice Group in our Voorhees, NJ office. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. At Archer, our legal administrative assistants are essential to the smooth and efficient operation of our practice groups. In this role you will work closely with a dedicated team of attorneys handling complex estate and trust litigation matters, providing critical administrative and litigation support across all phases of a case. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work as part of a collaborative team. Candidates should have substantial legal administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and file legal documents across all phases of estate and trust litigation matters.
- Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, depositions, and meetings, and coordinate related logistics.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel on behalf of the attorneys.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and readily accessible.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience as a legal administrative assistant, preferably with experience in estate and trust litigation or a related practice area.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, courts, and counsel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits:
Archer & Greiner P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experience.Benefits include:
