This unique leasing position is based out of the company's corporate office, where all leasing activities are conducted remotely via phone, email, and virtual coordination. About the Role Unlike traditional leasing positions, this role does not involve property tours or on-site apartment showings . Instead, you will serve as the central point of contact for prospective residents, helping them navigate the leasing process from initial inquiry through application and move-in coordination. Working from the corporate office, you will support multiple communities by communicating with prospects, answering questions, following up consistently, and coordinating with on-site teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in their ability to influence outcomes through strong communication and follow-through. Key Responsibilities Manage leasing inquiries through phone, email, and remote communication channels Engage prospective residents with enthusiasm and professionalism Build rapport and create a positive first impression of the communities you represent Consistently follow up with leads to maximize leasing opportunities Educate prospects on community features, application requirements, and leasing procedures Coordinate with on-site maintenance and property teams regarding apartment showings and availability Set clear expectations for prospects throughout the leasing process Guide prospects toward successful leasing decisions while maintaining transparency and professionalism Maintain accurate records and update leasing systems as needed Communicate effectively across multiple communities and departments Assist in moving leasing processes forward by coordinating efforts and facilitating communication between teams What We're Looking For The successful candidate will possess: Strong phone sales and customer service skills Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Outstanding follow-up and organizational skills A professional, polished, and business-casual presentation The ability to clearly communicate information and set expectations Confidence in influencing decisions and creating urgency when appropriate Strong problem-solving skills and initiative The ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service Previous leasing, property management, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred Ideal Candidate Traits You are someone who: ✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment ✔ Is highly professional and reliable ✔ Can communicate clearly and confidently with prospects and team members ✔ Knows how to persuade and build excitement while remaining honest and informative ✔ Can move projects and processes forward without directly managing others ✔ Takes ownership and gets results through collaboration and follow-through ✔ Maintains a positive attitude while handling multiple priorities
