Job Description

HOA Manager/Licensed Realtor This part time 30 hour position. May require Saturday and evening hours also occasional HOA meetings and community events. Knowledge of HOA, regulations and property management principles required. Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of NJ. This requires strong organizational skills , multitasking , include managing, office correspondence, maintaining records ,files, minutes, Newsletters, prepare and distribute such documents. Facilitate effective Communications between the HOA board of Trustees and residence, external parties, like contractors, vendors, service, providers, real estate transactions and attorneys. Financial management of all accounts receivable and payable maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial and residential transactions and residence information assist in budget preparation . Handle the daily administrative tasks oversee the collections of HOA fees , provide information and assistance to all residents regarding HOA rules regulations Manage residence, request and complaints in a timely and effective manner enforcing HOA, bylaws and regulations, Oversee maintenance crews and any Repair Projects and assistant property inspections. Proficiency in office software (QuickBooks ,newsletters ,website, a plus. ). Competitive hourly wages. Information 609-871-1360
