Licensed Insurance Agent for an Estate Planning Office

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, enthusiastic and reliable candidate that will provide exceptional service to our existing clients by analyzing their Life and Health Insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. This role requires strong sales skills, effective communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This is an in-office position. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service. Engage in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy reviews and renewals. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and enhance customer experience. Requirements Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to persuade clients effectively. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within a specified timeframe prior to hiring. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
