Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Apartment Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in property leasing, customer service, and property management tools will help ensure a seamless experience for applicants and contribute to the success of our community. Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants warmly, provide comprehensive tours of available units, and answer all questions about the property and leasing process Manage lease or rental agreement documentation accurately using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite Conduct client communication via phone, email, and in person to build strong relationships and upsell available units or amenities Verify applicant information, including legal documentation, income verification, and Section 8 or LIHTC program eligibility Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws during all leasing activities Maintain organized filing systems for lease agreements, tenant records, and legal documents while ensuring data entry accuracy in property management tools Collaborate with property maintenance teams to coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit readiness Qualifications Proven experience in property leasing, real estate administrative work, or property management preferred Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar tools Familiarity with landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and related legal requirements Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Ability to negotiate lease terms effectively while maintaining compliance with legal standards Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, reporting, and correspondence Demonstrated team management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently Office experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client communication and administrative accuracy Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to providing outstanding housing solutions. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
