Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of leasing consultant experience required Experience working in apartment communities preferred Ability to work in upscale, luxury, or Class A apartment communities Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and professional attire required Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Familiarity with property management software is required
