Job Description
About Us We're a Las Vegas real estate group working with investors, relocation clients, and out-of-state buyers who count on us for clear, trustworthy guidance. Alongside our brokerage, we run a property management operation. The two sides feed each other, and understanding both is what makes someone really good at this business. The Role This is a ground-floor position. You'll start on the property management side, behind the scenes: paperwork, vendors, and deadlines. It's the fastest way to learn how the business actually works. Client-facing work comes later, once you have the fundamentals down. From there, the role can grow toward brokerage and earning your license, the marketing and content side, or a mix, depending on your strengths and where we need you.
What You'll Do:
Brokerage and marketing support Keep our CRM current: data entry, client follow-ups, scheduling Help with marketing and social media, including reviewing posts and content creation Support seminars, webinars, office day-to-day logistics Research and prep: comparable sales, rental estimates, market summaries Shadow client calls, tours, and strategy sessions to learn how we work Transaction coordinating and organizing documents for agents Property management support Triage HOA violation notices and compliance deadlines. Address, follow up, and escalate as necessary Line up handymen, vendors, and contractors, handling scheduling, follow-up, and making sure work actually gets done Prepare and track leasing documents, renewals, and notices; chase down signatures and approvals Keep filing systems and records organized and current And the odds and ends Small-team work that doesn't fit a neat category, like setting up the office, ordering supplies, organizing a workspace, catching whatever needs catching that week What We're Looking For Two traits matter most: Patience. Real estate takes time to learn. Flexibility. Some days you'll be deep in paperwork. Others you'll be pulling comps, setting up chairs for a seminar, or hanging artwork in the office. Beyond that, we're looking for someone who is: Eager to learn Organized, resourceful, and good at following through Strong written and verbal communication Willing to pick up the phone and stay on top of an HOA or a vendor until you get an answer Comfortable picking up new tools (CRM, Google Workspace, social platforms) Interested in real estate and investing (Optional) Comfortable being on camera and audio for marketing and educational content Requirements Reliable car and valid driver's license for vendor meetings, site visits, and errands Legally eligible to work in the U.S. What You Get Direct mentorship from an experienced broker and managing broker Opportunity for real estate license sponsorship A working understanding of both property management and brokerage Hands-on exposure to investment strategy, market analysis, and live deal flow This role is built to grow into different career pathwaysJob Type:
