(depending on experience) Full-time, Mon-Fri onsite schedule No leasing experience is required Bilingual with Spanish and English would be a plus Responsibilities - Greet and tour prospective residents Build rapport and guide prospects through the leasing process Achieve and maintain occupancy goals Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects Qualifications - 3-5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience; any leasing experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, professional, and engaging personality Ability to thrive in a fast paced leasing environment Sales-driven mindset with a consultative (non-aggressive) approach Stable work history reflected on resume Ability to pass a background screening #IND456
