Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator Carle Place, Long Island, New York An established and growing Long Island title insurance agency located in Carle Place is seeking a highly organized and motivated Title Insurance Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in title insurance coordination, real estate transaction coordination, or as a legal assistant handling residential and/or commercial real estate matters. Responsibilities Coordinate title insurance transactions from order opening through closing. Communicate effectively with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and staff. Ensure timely completion of search work and surveys. Manage a robust pipeline of real estate transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant title insurance, real estate, or legal assistant experience. Strong knowledge of real estate practices and procedures. Excellent organizational, communication, and transaction management skills. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail. Experience with TrackerPro title software is preferred but not required. Compensation & Benefits Full-time position
Salary:
$62,000-$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and prescription coverage Paid vacation 401(k) retirement plan
