Sr Associate, Trusts & Estates Administration -Elmsford, NY- Our client, a boutique Elder Law firm located in Elmsford (Westchester county) who is on an exceptional growth track, is looking to add a Senior Associate who is passionate about providing expert legal guidance to seniors and their families. This is a short-track opportunity to partnership. To be considered for this role, you must have an exceptional desire to help people protect their assets and plan for their future, a valid NYS bar license, and a minimum of 7 years' experience handling trusts, wills, probates, asset protection, the Medicaid application/filing process, guardianships, surrogate proceedings, tax laws, and advanced estate planning. New business development capabilities and/or a portable book of business and/or referral source(s) are a huge plus. The salary range for this opportunity is $175k - $250k (based on experience), and includes a healthcare package, generous PTO/holiday time, and 401k with contribution. #
