Overview Join our property management team as an Apartment Leasing Agent, where your customer service skills will be rewarding. You'll be the first point of contact for potential applicants guiding them through the leasing process. Your client communication of our properties will help create a welcoming environment to prospective tenants. This paid position will develop your sales and administrative skills. Duties Greet interested callers reviewing with them apartment availability, while evaluating their possible rental potential with a series given criterion. Schedule appointments to show predetermined apartment to suit their needs of applicant advising them of application process. Conduct credit checks and social media to consider applicant approval. Collaborate with property management on facility issues, property maintenance coordination to ensure smooth operations. Help with tenant calls as needed

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
