In supporting Cambridge Management Services, Inc.'s commitment to excellent customer service and a high quality living environment The Leasing Consultant, under the supervision of the Property Manager is responsible for leasing and pre-leasing apartments and implementing the community's marketing plan. The consultant will also review applications, prepare lease paperwork, review the lease of existing residents and assist in coordinating resident activities.

Cambridge Management is looking for a dedicated, exceptional Leasing to ensure the customer service we pride ourselves on continues. The Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet prospects, to present the features and benefits of their property. Properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. The Leasing Consultant is very service oriented and strives to make the current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. Able to meet and exceed sales objectives based on your proven successful track record Must be a self-starter, organized, enthusiastic and have excellent time management and customer service skills Basic computer skills required (Word, Publisher, Excel and Outlook) OneSite accounting software experience preferred

•Minimum one weekend day required, must be able to work a flexible schedule Great benefits including paid sick and vacation time, health, dental, vision and 401(k)
