Lalezarian Properties, a Long Island based Property Management Company is looking to hire a full time Property Leasing Associate for a luxury rental building in Mineola, NY. This position may require showing other local buildings within walking distance of one another. The qualified candidate must possess a positive attitude, be hard-working, self motivated, and energetic. They must also have proven closing abilities and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Minimum two (2) year on-site leasing experience and real estate experience, with a strong ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and working knowledge of Street Easy Prior experience with residential leases a PLUS Attention to detail, high energy and positive disposition required Understands the value of superior customer service Must have a valid real estate license Five day work week includes Saturday AND Sunday. Hours are from 10am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:

Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants Confirm rental application data and personal references Stay knowledgeable of the property market status Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and maintain contact / follow-up to close deals Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance and inform building staff of deficiencies during apartment tours Please send a cover letter with your resume. Salary from 60- 65,000 depending on experience annually PLUS commission for each lease signed. Commission is paid monthly. Salary is commensurate with experience. This is for a 300+ unit residential apartment building.
