US Real Estate Investing / Wholesaling About the Role We're a growing US real estate wholesaling company looking for a driven, people-first Property Scout to work our motivated seller leads and get properties under contract. You'll be the voice sellers talk to — building trust, understanding their situation, and negotiating fair deals that work for everyone. This is a generous, 100% commission role with completely flexible hours — there's no clock to punch and no fixed schedule.

Compensation & Schedule This is a generous, 100% commission position — you're paid per executed seller contract, not an hourly wage, and there is no base salary. Hours are entirely up to you: there's no minimum number of hours, no fixed schedule, and no requirement to be available at set times. You decide when, how much, and how often you work. What You'll Do Serve as the primary driver of getting properties under contract Attend scheduled meetings (phone or video) with motivated sellers, on your own schedule Identify seller motivation and assess property repair needs Build rapport and trust with sellers throughout the process Follow up consistently with sellers to keep prospective deals moving forward Negotiate deal terms directly with sellers Get deals under contract Report pipeline activity and deal status to the Office Manager What We're Looking For Real estate experience is a plus but not required Confident, empathetic phone and video presence — you can build trust with a stranger quickly Strong follow-up discipline; deals are won or lost in the follow-up Comfortable with numbers — repair estimates, offer ranges, deal profitability Excellent written and spoken English A second language is a huge asset Reliable internet connection and a working phone/computer Self-motivated and comfortable with a commission-only, self-directed schedule — no hourly wage, no set hours, no one tracking your clock Trustworthy with sensitive data — you'll be handling seller contact information and deal terms Willing and able to operate in compliance with all real estate laws applicable in your area Nice to have (not required): Prior experience with a US real estate wholesaling or investing company Familiarity with terms like "motivated seller" or "A-to-B contract" Background in sales, real estate, or another commission-driven field Comfortable using a high-end live translation app to communicate with non-native English speakers (for example, Spanish or Haitian Creole speakers) How to Apply If you're interested in this opportunity, send an email to dosauveur@yahoo.
