Job Description

Are you the master of the "long game"? At SimplySold , we know that 80% of deals are made in the follow-up. We are looking for a persistent, high-energy Real Estate Follow-up Specialist to join our elite team. In this role, you aren't a closer—you are a nurturer . Your mission is to take leads that aren't ready to sell today and build such a strong relationship with them that when they are ready, we are the only firm they call. You are the bridge between a raw lead and a closed contract.
The Logistics Office Location:
Heart of Downtown New Rochelle, NY (Two blocks from Metro-North).
Commute Requirement:
Must live within a 45-minute commute of New Rochelle.
Work Style:
100% In-Person. Compensation & Career Path We invest in our specialists as they learn our systems and our "Buy-Box" criteria. This role offers a stable base with massive upside for those who can manage a pipeline effectively:
Year One Earning Potential:
$80,000 (low end) - $110,000+ (high end). Days 0-90: $3,000/month Base + 5% of Net Profit on deals you generate. After 90
Days:
$4,000/month Base + 6% of Net Profit.
The Future:
This role is designed to groom you for the purchasing and acquisitions side of the business. Schedule Monday -
Friday:
11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
Saturdays:
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month (You will receive a scheduled weekday off during these weeks). Your Mission (Responsibilities) You are the "Air Traffic Controller" of our deal flow.
Outbound Engagement:
Manage a high volume of outbound calls to leads in our queue.
Relationship Architecture:
Build deep rapport with potential sellers. You are their primary point of contact and their trusted advisor during the pre-sale process.
CRM Mastery:
Maintain an impeccable CRM (Podio). You will update tasks daily, ensuring every prospect is touched at the exact right frequency.
Appointment Setting:
Vet sellers for motivation and "Buy-Box" fit, then schedule high-quality appointments for our Acquisitions Managers.
Objection Handling:
Confidently navigate "not yet" and "too low" responses to keep the conversation alive. Who You Are (Qualifications) The "Friendly Bulldog": You are persistent and never let a lead go cold, but you always remain professional and empathetic.
