Job Description

Residential real estate team seeking a reliable cold caller/assistant to generate leads and support daily operations. Your main role is contacting homeowners and identifying people interested in selling their property.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided lists Identify motivated sellers and qualify leads Record call notes and update CRM Set appointments for acquisitions/agents Follow up with leads when needed Assist with basic admin tasks (data entry, list management, scheduling)
Requirements:
Clear English communication Comfortable making high-volume calls Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills (CRM, spreadsheets) Real estate or sales experience not required
Compensation:
High commission bonuses Hourly Pay Flexible hours
