Role Description:
We are currently hiring for two positions: an Estate Administration Paralegal and a Legal Assistant. The Estate Planning Paralegal/Legal Assistant will assist with estate planning and estate and trust administration matters, including preparation and review of legal documents, communication with clients, gathering and organizing information, conducting research, maintaining files, and providing related administrative support. The General Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of the firm, including communicating with clients, scheduling, document and file management, data entry, correspondence, and other general office and administrative responsibilities. These positions are full or part-time or part time, depending on what works best for the employee. Hours do not extend into weekends or evenings. We seek to hire the right person and train our employees in a way that balances their interests and the firm's needs. It is critical that our employees are happy and having a good experience. When everyone at the firm is having a happy experience, it follows that our clients will have happy experiences!

Pay:
Commensurate with experience.
