We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and service-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our apartment community in Rochester, NY. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, you'll play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience, building relationships, and helping maintain a thriving community. If you enjoy sales, customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Welcome prospective residents and help them find the apartment that best fits their needs. Conduct apartment and community tours in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries. Present available apartment homes and community amenities. Process rental applications, credit reports, lease agreements, and lease renewals. Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic and leasing activity. Support marketing and outreach initiatives to drive occupancy and community awareness. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Receive resident service requests and coordinate work orders with the Maintenance team. Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing laws and company policies. What We're Looking For Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with property management software, including Rent Manager, is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in leasing and property management preferred. Valid driver's license preferred.
