We're known for our high-touch client experience, strong training culture, and fast-paced deal flow — and we're looking for a motivated, reliable intern to help us deliver that experience every weekend. About the Role We're hiring a Weekend Showing Intern to support our agents with property showings on Saturdays and Sundays . This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role — perfect for someone considering a career in real estate who wants real exposure to the buying process, client interaction, and how a high-volume team operates behind the scenes. What You'll Do Meet buyer clients at scheduled properties and conduct guided showings on behalf of agents Open, walk through, and secure properties before and after showings Communicate showing feedback to the assigned agent promptly and clearly Help manage showing schedules and routes for maximum efficiency across multiple listings Represent Team Paley professionally in every client interaction Flag any property condition issues, access problems, or client concerns to the team What We're Looking For Available every Saturday and Sunday (schedule/hours to be confirmed) Reliable transportation and comfort driving between multiple towns in a single day Strong communication skills and a professional, personable demeanor Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented Interest in real estate, sales, or client-facing work strongly preferred Currently pursuing or open to obtaining a NY real estate salesperson license is a plus, but not required to start Why Join Team Paley Direct mentorship from a top-producing broker and the Team Paley agent development program Real, practical exposure to live transactions and the buyer's journey A foot in the door for future opportunities on the team, including a path toward becoming a licensed agent Fast-paced, supportive team culture
