Job Description

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and professional Leasing/Showing Agent to assist with property showings for our rental homes in Akron. This flexible, commission-based role is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income without the added responsibilities of tenant communication, screening, or paperwork.

Location:

Akron, Ohio Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled property showings and open houses for prospective tenants. Arrive on time, unlock the property, and provide brief details about the home. Secure the property after each showing.

Tenant communication and inquiries Application processing and tenant screening Lease agreements and documentation

Requirements:

Strong communication and reliable Time management skills Reliable transportation to travel between properties. Professionalism during showings

Compensation:

Commission-Based per Successful Tenant Placement For each successful tenant placement, you'd earn a commission of one-third of a month's rent. With multiple vacant properties available, there's plenty of opportunity to earn more. Contact us for more details!
