Your primary responsibility will be conducting property showings, highlighting key features, and assisting potential renters in envisioning themselves in their new home. Some administrative duties will be required as needed. This position requires approximately 25-30 hours per week at a rate of $16 per hour, with most showings scheduled during weekday daytime hours. Occasional evening availability may be necessary to accommodate prospective tenants' schedules.
