Location:
This is a fully on-site opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio, Monday through Friday. This role is not available as a hybrid or remote position.
Note:
An active Ohio bar license in good standing and 2+ years of directly relevant estate planning and/or tax law experience are required. Candidates should also have a JD from an ABA-approved law school. Job Description Advise individuals and families on comprehensive estate planning strategies and wealth transfer matters. Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Handle probate and estate administration matters from planning through resolution. Counsel clients regarding individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Work closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated estate planning and tax matters. Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients while providing practical legal guidance. Manage assigned matters independently while collaborating with attorneys and support professionals. Contribute to a growing practice and develop your own professional expertise and client base. Qualifications 2+ years of estate planning and/or tax law experience. Active Ohio bar license in good standing. JD from an ABA-approved law school. Experience with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, and estate matters. Knowledge of individual, fiduciary, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and client communication skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team. Strong academic credentials preferred.
