In this role, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process for our properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will be paid hourly and an additional commission per lease! Responsibilities Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and processing necessary documentation. Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively. Utilize property management software such as Rent Manager and HubSpot for data entry and record keeping. Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings. Upsell additional services or amenities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention. Prepare and manage leasing contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated to tenants. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Proficient in property management software (Rent Manager, HubSpot) and data entry tasks. Familiarity with legal administrative processes related to property leasing and contracts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation tasks. Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with excellent phone etiquette.
