This position is responsible for marketing and leasing scattered-site residential properties, responding to inquiries, conducting showings, processing applications, coordinating lease signings and move-ins, managing renewals, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, agencies, and property-management clients. The Leasing Agent will advertise available units online and through social media, maintain accurate property photographs and marketing materials, track leasing activity, research market rents, and keep applicant and tenant records current. The position requires proficiency property management software Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology, along with strong sales, customer-service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Applicants should have at least two years of apartment-leasing or property-management experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation a must.
