This is an hourly, assignment-based role with hours capped at up to 20 per week, depending on the number of active listings and scheduled showings. The primary responsibility is conducting property showings and answering renter questions based on listing details. This role is a great fit for someone looking to earn a little extra income with a flexible schedule. It's not a guaranteed 20 hours each week — actual hours will vary depending on business needs. Responsibilities Conduct property showings with prospective renters. Answer basic questions about rental requirements, property features, and the application process. Schedule and confirm showings with prospects. Provide feedback to the management team after showings. Represent True Home positively and professionally at all times. Compensation $18-$22/hour, paid weekly through payroll. Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate (up to 100 miles/week, work-related only). Part-time, hourly, assignment-based position. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation (required for showings). Ability to use scheduling and time-tracking apps (training provided).
