Position Overview A Residential Design/Build Home Builder, Remodeler and Property Manager in their 40th year of operation in Central Ohio is seeking a Residential Leasing Agent who is capable of marketing rental properties across internet listing services (ILS) and social media platforms. The ideal candidate has residential leasing experience, computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms and Internet Listing Services, is detail-oriented, has good communication and people skills and is highly motivated to drive traffic, generate leads and convert prospects to tenants. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Customer Service Respond promptly to phone, email, website, and social media inquiries. Schedule property tours. Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including application, screening, and lease execution. Maintain a high level of customer service with prospects and residents. Online Listings & Marketing Create, maintain and manage property listings on major rental sites (e.g., Zillow, Apartments.com, Rent.com, Realtor.com, Facebook Marketplace, etc.). Write accurate property descriptions optimized for online visibility. Social Media & Digital Presence Manage property or company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Plan, create, and publish regular content (photos, videos, stories, reels, posts) that showcases available units, community features and neighborhood highlights. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely, professional manner. Reporting & Administration Track leads, traffic sources, showings, applications, and conversions using the Appfolio property management system and other sources. Assist with lease renewals, move-in/move-out coordination, and general office tasks as needed.

Qualifications Experience:

Experience in leasing or related on-line marketing experience, preferably in residential rentals. Demonstrates experience in listing and managing rental ads on major internet rental sites and social media platforms.

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with online listing platforms and social media tools. Solid organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple listings and leads simultaneously. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Other Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to handle rental inquiries in the off hours Key Attributes Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a focus on occupancy and lead conversion. Creative with a good eye for visual marketing and content creation. Professional, friendly, and confident when interacting with the public. Adaptable to new technologies and changing online trends.
