What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests to the showroom and making them feel like VIPs Walking customers through their vehicle options Answering questions, setting up test drives, and showing off the features that seal the deal Keeping in touch with your customers, building lasting relationships and repeat business Staying organized with a solid CRM system to track leads and follow-ups Negotiating like a pro—fair, firm, and always customer-focused

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean record Previous auto sales experience is required. Excellent communication, time management, and people skills A team player with a winning attitude and drive to succeed
