We are small, local apartment owner/management company with roughly 100 units mainly in the Norwood area. Looking for someone who can help show/lease our apartments. We will have 10-30 of them to lease in the next few weeks and more over the coming months.

This work will consist of:

walking units, taking pictures creating listings within our rental software fielding prospective tenants, vetting them, answering questions showing and selling units hosting open-houses for multiple applicants to walk through at a time potentially help in drafting/sending leases and collecting deposits/first month's rent Set your own schedule and work when it works for you. All we ask is that prospective tenants are promptly responded to and do not fall through the cracks. Pay is flexible - hourly, by lease, etc. Opportunity for more management work as we grow.
