Rotating 5-day work week
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Position Overview BG Staffing is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in Parma Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to convert prospects into residents while delivering an exceptional leasing experience. Responsibilities
Conduct professional apartment tours and showcase community amenities
Respond to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally
Convert leads into qualified applicants and signed leases
Process rental applications, lease agreements, and resident documentation
Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using Yardi
Follow up with prospects to maximize leasing and occupancy goals
Assist with resident retention and lease renewal initiatives
Deliver outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
Support move-in and move-out processes
Maintain leasing office, model units, and tour paths to community standards
Assist with outreach marketing and community events as needed
Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications
Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred
Experience with Yardi or other property management software is a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer applications and office technology
