Automotive Sales Professional - New & Used Vehicles We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team selling new and pre-owned vehicles . Automotive sales experience is a plus, but it's not required . If you're the right person—driven, dependable, comfortable talking with people, and willing to learn—we're ready to train you on our sales process and help you understand our system. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Positive, professional attitude Self-motivated and goal-oriented Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service Automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Do Assist customers with new and used vehicle purchases Learn customers' needs and help them find the right vehicle Follow up with customers and sales opportunities Develop long-term customer relationships Learn and utilize our sales system and processes Work with the rest of our team to create a great buying experience We'll Train the Right Person We understand that a great salesperson doesn't always come with years of automotive experience.
