This position requires a dynamic person who can interact with prospective and current residents in person, over the phone, and via email. This person will work directly with the property manager to help make our community a friendly place to live. Our family business is in its fourth generation of leadership, and we currently own and operate over 2,000 apartments in Ohio, Georgia, and Colorado. We opened our Colorado office in 2010, and with 635 apartments in the state, and 120 more units in the pipeline we continue to grow our operations locally.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Respond to calls, emails, and website leads reliably and professionally
• Set up appointments, conduct showings, and facilitate leasing process
• Work with the rest of the team to maintain high occupancy levels
• Have positive and productive interactions with residents, vendors and team members
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws Candidates should possess:
• At least one year of experience in leasing and/or multi-family property management
• Strong computer skills
• experience with Yardi, or other property management software is a plus
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
