Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with potential tenants. This position requires a blend of sales acumen and customer service skills, as well as a solid understanding of property management practices. The role is for 142 multifamily units in Norman, Oklahoma Duties Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits effectively. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Utilize App Folio software for managing tenant applications, lease agreements, and property management tasks. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Assist in upselling additional services or amenities to prospective tenants during the leasing process. Collaborate with facilities management and property maintenance teams to address tenant concerns promptly. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions in a timely manner. Support real estate administrative tasks as needed, including filing paperwork and maintaining organized records. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate leasing is preferred. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. Familiarity with App Folio software or similar property management systems is a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and legal administrative processes related to leasing is essential. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
