We buy, sell, renovate, and manage properties throughout the OKC metro, and we're looking for a dependable Part-Time Real Estate Runner / Field Assistant to help keep our team moving. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out and about, working independently, and having variety in their day instead of sitting behind a desk. What You'll Do Your day-to-day responsibilities may include: Delivering, installing, picking up, and moving signs at properties Placing and retrieving lockboxes Visiting properties to take photos Delivering paperwork to title companies and other local businesses Picking up or dropping off keys, documents, supplies, and other items Running miscellaneous errands throughout the Oklahoma City metro Assisting our office and real estate team with occasional field-related tasks What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and shows up when expected Trustworthy and responsible Organized and able to follow instructions Comfortable working independently Comfortable driving throughout the Oklahoma City metro Able to use a smartphone for photos, maps, texts, and basic apps Professional when interacting with homeowners, title companies, vendors, and other businesses Requirements Valid driver's license Clean/good driving record Reliable attendance Ability to lift and carry signs, lockboxes, and other light equipment Daytime availability during the week Compensation & Schedule $15.00 per hour Part-time Flexible schedule based on company needs Company vehicle provided for work-related errands This could be a great fit for a college student, retiree, or anyone looking for flexible part-time work who enjoys staying active and being out of the office.
