Vijay Realty Group is looking for a licensed real estate agent who is excited about real estate and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the team. We will train you in all aspects of real state. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, ethical, has a strong work ethic, Positive Attitude, Organized and a Self-starter. Required Qualifications & Job Duties Licensed in Oregon as a Real Estate Agent. Washington state license is a plus. Live within Portland Metro, preferably on the west side. Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Manage all aspects of Real estate transactions including emails, making offers, documentation and follow-up, communicating with various parties in the transaction and all other activities related to Transaction Coordination. Schedule and Show properties based on client's and property availability. Host open houses, install signs, create marketing materials and active clients follow-up. Property Management activities Schedule and Coordinate multiple projects and repairs with vendors. Other office duties & special projects as assigned. Schedule & Hours This position has flexibility on the hours from 35-45 hours/week. Days off and schedule are flexible, but will need to be offset with other team members and team work load. Working hours may include evenings and weekends.

Pay:

$20 - $25/hour, based on experience. Potential for performance based commission and bonus, after an introductory period.
