In this energetic and customer-focused role, you will be the face of the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Using your expertise in property leasing, customer service and property management, you will be responsible for answering incoming inquiries, scheduling property tours and leasing apartment homes. Your proactive approach, excellent communication and customer service skills will drive success in this fast-paced, exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
Close sales to meet property occupancy objectives Complete lease agreements and collects rental deposits Prepare and verify files to meet FPC Management and the applicable State guidelines and policies Ensure the apartments and target apartments are ready to show and that the tour path is acceptable Maintain work area and office in clean and orderly manner Primary focus is leasing activities and resident relations Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms and all community policies Greet new residents and manage the move-in process Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events, social media efforts and outreach and other marketing Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-year previous multifamily leasing experience required. Must be able to work Saturdays Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization or public. Computer proficiency, including
MS Office:
Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENTCafe Platform a plus. Sales, marketing and social media experience are all imperative and required for this position.
