We manage single family homes and apartment complexes for property owners and investors throughout the Metro area. Our goal is to provide best-in-class property management, client services without parallel, and a positive experience for renters. We value transparency, collaboration, and intuitive problem solving. We are a fast-growing company and have an immediate, full-time position available for a Leasing Agent. For the successful candidate this position offers the opportunity for advancement.

This position entails:

Creating property listing descriptions and marketing vacant properties Responding to leasing inquiries for our currently available properties Interacting with our leasing and applicant communication software Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions Advertising properties accordance with local and state regulations and anti-discrimination laws Inspecting leased properties to ensure they are ready to tenants to move-in New tenant onboarding and building positive relationships with tenants Occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed

Skills:

Customer service and interpersonal skills needed to meet with prospective and current tenants Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail to ensure applications are accurate, showings are scheduled, and tenant issues or questions are adequately addressed Ability to market residential properties with guidance from our property manager Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues

Experience:

Prefer prior experience working for a property management company. You qualify for valid employment in the US. You will submit to and pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle. Must be willing to travel throughout the Portland Metro area.

Compensation:

Hourly pay at $25/hr. Eligible for 401(k) and matching contributions after 90 days. Eligibility for Healthcare Plan including Vision and Dental Paid time off

Mileage Reimbursement:

current IRS rate of 76 cents/mile
