The Leasing Professional's primary focus is the leasing of apartments, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring the resident satisfaction of existing residents - candidates with customer service, sales, or administrative experience have been very successful in this role.Duties/Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales o Respond promptly and professionally to tenant or prospective tenant inquiries, providing relevant information and assistance.
- Administration & Leasing Activities o Ensure move-in checklists and other tasks are complete.
Professional Requirements:
- 3 + years of industry sales experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a very collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven organization
- We are willing to provide on-the-job training to the right candidate who has developable skills in marketing, business, retail, customer service, administration, or other related fields
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Time management and ability to work independently
- Personable, professionally persistent, and outgoing
