A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position will serve as the Leasing Specialist for multiple conventional apartment communities in the Harrisburg & Lancaster area. Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income. Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld. Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met. Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service. Travel is required.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
