Leasing & Reservations Specialist Pittsburgh Roaring Run RV Resort Champion, PA (Laurel Highlands / Greater Pittsburgh Area) $18-22/hour + Commission + Performance Bonuses Help Fill One of Pennsylvania's Premier RV Resorts Champion RV Resort at Roaring Run is a beautiful RV destination located on more than 100 acres in the heart of Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands , just outside the Pittsburgh metro area. Surrounded by scenic mountains, forests, and outdoor recreation, our resort welcomes campers looking for weekend getaways, seasonal retreats, and long-term stays. As our resort continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic Leasing & Reservations Specialist whose primary mission is simple: Fill the park. This is not a traditional property management position. You'll work alongside our Property Manager, but your focus will be on converting inquiries into reservations, leasing monthly and seasonal sites, following up with every lead, and helping Champion RV Resort maintain industry-leading occupancy. What You'll Do Respond quickly to website leads, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations. Lease monthly and seasonal RV sites. Follow up with previous inquiries until they book or decline. Collect deposits and complete reservation and leasing paperwork. Maintain accurate records in our CRM. Coordinate with the Property Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Help maximize occupancy and revenue throughout the year. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. A confident closer who enjoys helping people make decisions. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads at once. Self-motivated and accountable for results. Comfortable using computers, CRMs, email, and texting platforms. RV park, campground, marina, hotel, apartment leasing, or hospitality experience is strongly preferred. Previous sales or leasing experience is highly desired. Compensation $18-22/hour based on experience. Commission on monthly and seasonal leases. Occupancy and performance bonuses. Opportunity to earn $55,000-$75,000+ annually .
