Job Description

About the
Role:
Every successful real estate auction starts long before the bidding begins — and that's where you come in. As our Pre-Auction Coordinator, you'll be the organized, detail-driven force behind the scenes, making sure every property is ready, every client is informed, and every deadline is met. If you love checking things off a list, talking to people, and being part of a fast-paced team, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Client & Communication Serve as a key point of contact for clients, and other parties throughout the pre-auction process. Follow up with potential sellers and buyers to keep deals moving forward. Property Coordination Coordinate and confirm signage, lockboxes, photos, and property information ahead of auction. Plan and coordinate open houses. Create information packets for open houses and the website. Data & Office Management Enter and maintain auction and real estate transactions in our database. Build and maintain databases of current and potential buyers/customers. Maintain office documents and files.

Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs. A proactive, can-do attitude — someone who looks for ways to create a great experience for clients and coworkers alike. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A team player who's just as comfortable working independently. Previous real estate experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person.
