Walnut Ridge Townhomes is seeking a motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills. Typical duties include, but are not limited to: Conduct tours of available townhomes and assist prospective residents through the leasing process Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries Process rental applications and prepare lease documents Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding work orders and resident requests Advertise available townhomes by maintaining accurate online listings Assist with rent collection, resident communications and general office administration Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
