The Role Is Simple We are looking for a Real Estate Listing Specialist who can help us list properties in Pennsylvania and coordinate listings in other states using Flat Fee MLS listing services.

Your primary responsibilities are to:

Prepare a CMA for each property Recommend the appropriate listing price Prepare and coordinate MLS listings Manage approximately 10-15 listings per month Monitor listing activity and market response Stay in regular contact with homeowners and agents Follow up on showings and feedback Review and negotiate offers Recommend price adjustments when necessary Help move each property from listing to closing Many properties are outside Pennsylvania, so you are not expected to drive around showing properties or hosting traditional open houses. Our team handles much of the operational work. Your job is to provide real estate expertise, manage the listings, communicate, negotiate, and help get properties sold.
