Altman Management Company, a long-established property management company, is seeking a professional, full time leasing consultant to join our team at our apartment communities in Lebanon, PA. You'll be helping make our community a great place to live! The Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Community Manager, and is responsible for leasing, sales, showing apartments, tracking rent payments and delinquencies, and responding to residents' requests and concerns. This position is a critical factor in resident satisfaction and maintaining high occupancy rates.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Show prospective residents the apartments and the community, highlighting resident amenities and services, either by telephone or in person, and follows up to secure a new lease Accept work orders from residents and track the completion of the work Regularly monitor the status of all leases, vacancies, and units soon to become available. Ensure that all vacant units are clean and ready to be shown to prospective residents Lease vacant units and pre-lease units soon to be vacated, ensuring correct dates and availability Monitor all traffic, including walk-ins, emails, and phone calls to effectively judge the source of traffic; accurately track leads Develop product and market knowledge and be familiar with competitions' product and markets Observe the surroundings a prospect will notice (such as grounds, office, and amenities) and ensure the neatness and cleanliness of those areas Assist in preparing quarterly market surveys Conduct in-person shops effectively Assist residents with using electronic payment processes, ensuring no rent payments via paper check Other tasks as needed and requested

Education and Experience:
