$85,000-$150,000+ Are You a Competitive Sales Closer? Home Offer 365 is looking for a high-energy, competitive salesperson to join our Dispositions Team at our Lebanon, PA office. Real estate dispositions experience is a major plus—but it is NOT required. If you have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, real estate, automotive, roofing, construction, home improvement, mortgages, insurance, solar, or another commission-driven sales environment , we want to talk to you. We acquire the properties. We provide the inventory. You build the buyer relationships, negotiate, and sell the deals. What You'll Do Sell off-market properties to flippers, landlords, and cash investors Build and maintain relationships with active real estate investors Make outbound calls to buyers and follow up consistently Learn investor buy boxes and match buyers with the right properties Understand ARV, rehab costs, and investor margins Generate multiple offers on active properties Coordinate property walkthroughs Negotiate pricing and assignment terms Create urgency and run highest-and-best offers Verify buyer qualifications and proof of funds Manage buyers, follow-ups, and deals through GoHighLevel CRM Work directly with our acquisitions and transaction teams to get deals closed Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A proven salesperson or closer Competitive and motivated by performance and income Confident making a high volume of calls Excellent at negotiation and overcoming objections Comfortable creating urgency and asking for the sale Strong at relationship building and consistent follow-up Organized, disciplined, and accountable Comfortable working with daily and weekly KPIs Coachable and hungry to learn Interested in real estate investing and long-term growth Experience That Could Make You a Great Fit We're especially interested in candidates with experience in: Real estate dispositions or wholesaling Real estate sales Automotive sales Roofing or home-improvement sales Construction or remodeling sales Mortgage or lending Insurance sales Solar sales B2B sales Other high-ticket, commission-driven sales roles We can teach you our real estate systems.
