The Leasing Associate will serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents and plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression of our communities. This individual will be responsible for guiding applicants through the rental process, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day leasing and administrative operations. We are looking to fill this position with our Avery Square team. This position supports multiple properties and will require regular travel between office locations in Manheim & Middletown to meet operational needs. Responsible for the initial steps of leasing a rental home. Assists with special events held at the properties. Presents rental homes to prospects. Maintain general office and lease files. Collects and processes monthly rent checks and deposits. Provides resident follow up and retention. Performs move-in and move-out inspections as needed. Assists in preparing maintenance service request submissions for residents. Assists in marketing rental homes through preparation of advertising materials. What we are looking for from you... Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance Experience in direct customer service is required Minimum of a High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) Experience in an administrative or office setting is highly preferred Experience in residential leasing is a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat Excellent computer and typing skills required Must be friendly and outgoing with good verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Must possess excellent attention to detail as well as organizational and time management skills How you and your family can benefit from working with us...
