This position serves as a primary resource for Express agents and helps agents understand and effectively utilize the systems, resources, partnerships, tools, and support available through JMG. Helps new Express agents understand the JMG Express model, available resources, systems, expectations, and support structure. Guides agents through onboarding and helps ensure they are properly introduced to the tools and resources available to them. Maintains regular communication and engagement with Express agents. Identifies agent needs, challenges, and opportunities and connects agents with the appropriate JMG resources. Helps agents understand how to maximize the benefits and resources included within the JMG Express program. Provides ongoing coaching and support based on individual agent needs and business goals. Educates agents on approved JMG partnerships, affiliated services, technology platforms, and business resources. Encourages consistent utilization of approved JMG resources that are designed to support agent productivity and business growth. Monitors agent engagement and utilization of key JMG Express resources and partnerships. Serves as a resource to Express agents regarding transaction procedures, documentation, contracts, and brokerage requirements. Reviews transaction-related questions and helps agents identify appropriate next steps. Performs other duties as assigned. The Experience You'll Need Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree.
