This role is responsible for driving occupancy by providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, conducting apartment tours, and converting prospects into residents. The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with leasing performance as the primary focus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively generate and convert leads through phone, email, online inquiries, and walk-in traffic. Conduct engaging property tours that showcase apartment homes and community amenities. Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize lease conversions and occupancy goals. Guide applicants through the leasing process, including applications, screenings, lease preparation, and move-in coordination. Maintain accurate prospect, resident, and leasing activity records in the property management software. Meet or exceed monthly leasing, occupancy, and renewal goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents by delivering outstanding customer service. Assist with resident retention initiatives, lease renewals, and resident events. Ensure model apartments, clubhouse, and amenity spaces are clean, organized, and tour-ready at all times. Respond promptly and professionally to resident and prospect inquiries while coordinating with the management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive resident experience. Support community marketing efforts, outreach initiatives, and online reputation management to increase traffic and visibility. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support the leasing office and property operations.
