Job Description

Part-Time to Full-Time Who are we? We are a team of specialists who help clients make savvy real estate decisions. We create advocates for life by working together to consistently execute a proven process. This provides a world-class experience for clients while empowering them to make wise decisions. We are in search of a reliable local support role for our Pennsylvania team. This role keeps the Skippack office prepared, helps agents and clients feel supported, and makes the behind-the-scenes details run smoothly. Who are we looking for? We are looking for an organized, dependable, service-minded team player who enjoys people and takes pride in following through. The right person brings a can-do, upbeat attitude, communicates professionally, and knows when it is time to focus, get to work, and handle the details. This person is comfortable working independently in the Skippack office while remaining closely connected to a virtual Operations Team. They are proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn. Interest in residential real estate is important; prior transaction management, administrative, client service, or office coordination experience is a plus. Pennsylvania notary public status—or a willingness and ability to become a notary shortly after hire (even if paid for by the company)—is required. A Pennsylvania real estate license is welcome but not required. The position is designed to offer meaningful exposure to residential real estate, and a licensed team member may choose to pursue approved sales activities as their career develops.
Compensation:
$35,000 - $70,000 +
Responsibilities:
What will you do? Office, Client, and Event Support Keep office and client-facing supplies ordered, stocked, and ready, including closing books, client gifts, presentation folders, and closing bags. Prepare handwritten notes, checks, and other client or office materials as needed. Coordinate mail and materials between offices and ensure local items are couriered promptly. Provide boots-on-the-ground support for planning and executing team and client events. Gather content from agents and utilize approved marketing templates and brand guidelines to create and post team social-media content, blog posts, and event invitations. Transaction, Vendor, and Compliance Coordination Coordinate as needed with vendors, title companies, mortgage companies, agents, and other transaction partners. Support conveyancing-related needs and coordinate deed-package signing with clients. Maintain notary credentials and assist with appropriate deed-package signings and client needs. Review ALTA statements and submit required paperwork to the office, ensuring complete paperwork is received from agents. Keep transaction files, emails, communications, and related records organized and easy to access. Systems and Agent Support Work within the CRM to maintain lead-flow rules, coordinate team accounts, and update action plans; this role involves limited manual data entry. Help with new-agent onboarding logistics, including providing system access and coordinating marketing support. Follow established processes, flag gaps, and communicate local operational needs to the Operations Team. Optional Licensed Real Estate Activities For an active Pennsylvania real estate licensee, and as permitted by brokerage policies, opportunities may include showing homes, attending inspections, prospecting, completing real estate paperwork, monitoring transaction emails, and helping keep transactions organized. These activities are optional and may expand as the employee develops their real estate career.
Qualifications:
Required Available to work on-site in Skippack, PA , approximately 25 hours per week+ Positive, can-do, upbeat attitude with a strong sense of follow-through Enjoys working with people while knowing how to stay focused, organized, and productive Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Comfortable learning and using online systems, including CRM platforms, shared documents, email, and social-media tools Willingness to become a Pennsylvania Notary Public if not already commissioned Ability to coordinate professionally with clients, agents, vendors, title companies, mortgage companies, and internal team members Comfortable creating social-media posts, blog posts, and event invitations using approved templates and brand guidelines Ability to work independently in the local office while staying connected with a virtual operations team Willingness to learn how to convey properties, including ordering payoffs and certifications, if not already knowledgeable Preferred Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, conveyancing, office administration, client service, or event coordination Current Pennsylvania Notary Public commission Pennsylvania real estate license, or interest in becoming licensed and learning the residential real estate business Familiarity with real estate transactions, ALTA settlement statements, listing/transaction paperwork, and CRM systems Experience supporting marketing, social media, or client events This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants a meaningful behind-the-scenes role in real estate, with room to grow into licensed real estate support or sales activities if desired.
