09/01/2026 Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join our Wyalusing office. This role supports our law partners by delivering thoughtful, people-first legal services to individuals and families. The ideal candidate values meaningful client relationships, strong teamwork, and high-quality work that delivers peace of mind. Key Responsibilities- Provide legal research and analysis related to estate planning and wealth protection planning
- Draft, review, and execute estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Meet with clients to understand goals and provide tailored recommendations
- Explain legal concepts clearly and compassionately
- Manage case progression and maintain consistent client communication
- Review and oversee work prepared by paralegals and support staff
- Conduct client review meetings to ensure alignment with goals
- Assist with estate administration tasks and filings
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Participate in community outreach and relationship-building
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience
- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active Pennsylvania law license
- 2+ years experience preferred in estate planning or elder law
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
