As the Assistant Team Leader, you will be the driving force behind agent recruiting, onboarding, and productivity coaching. You will work side-by-side with the Team Leader to manage daily operations and foster a culture of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Growth:

Actively prospect, interview, and recruit both newly licensed and experienced real estate agents to the office.

Coaching & Training:

Lead group training sessions and provide one-on-one productivity coaching to help agents hit their business goals.

Culture & Collaboration:

Cultivate a high-energy, supportive, and growth-oriented team environment.

Retention:

Implement strategies to retain top talent by providing exceptional value, resources, and leadership.

What we are looking for:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years active real estate experience (required)

Leadership Mindset:

A true self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't wait for instruction.

Communication Skills:

Stellar verbal, written and presentation skills- you love being in front of people.

People Developer:

A proven track record of, or a deep passion for, coaching, mentoring and training others.

Team Player:

Ability to work seamlessly with leadership, staff and agents from all walks of life.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating real estate systems, and social media.
